Please read the following terms before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.



All prices on our website are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept PayPal and debit / credit card payments via Stripes. If you are experiencing any issues with payment and require an alternative method, please send us a message on Whatsapp: +60162639544.



We ship within Malaysia at a flat rate of RM10. For those ordering from East Malaysia and Brunei, there is a flat rate of RM12. 

At present, due to Covid-19, all international orders will be shipped using DHL Express Shipping. A rate will be added to your bill depending on your location and the estimated weight of the order. Delivery costs do not account for customs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for potential charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any additional charges.

Please allow 5-7 working days for shipping. We ship out orders once a week. Be aware that any further delays due to customs are beyond our control. To enquire about express delivery, wholesale or if your country is not included in the list of options, send us an email at kushanco@gmail.com



Our return policy does not apply to our beauty care products due to their nature. Candles may be returned so long as they have not been used. Jewellery must be returned in their original condition without any signs of wear and tear. The full amount (excluding the cost of shipping) will be refunded upon receiving the returned item. Original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for us to process any refund or exchange.



We accept cancellations so long as the item has not been shipped.



Every product is refillable upon request at a lower price that excludes cost of packaging. For all refill requests, send us an email at kushanco@gmail.com



All our beauty products are made from 100% natural ingredients. We do not use any synthetic chemicals or additives. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or irritation caused by our products. We advise customers with sensitive skin to perform a patch-test prior to incorporating it into their skincare routine.
